Super yummy / not too syrupy. I use the recommended 1/4 cup serving in a 26oz bottle. Just right! Still training myself to drink and eat enough after 35 years. 🙄 Hummingbird is helping a lot.

I work as a courier and put in a good amount of miles daily, many of those miles spent in zone 3 or higher. This stuff is a godsend, as I rarely have time to slow down and have a snack. I’ve used it on multiple long rides at this point as well and it excels in that arena too. 100/10, would recommend. The orange is my favorite but the berry is great too.

I’ve found that similar products tend to taste like cough syrup. Artificial. Even synthetic. But not this product. HBF’s Artic Berry tastes natural and is quite delicious- great job!
